Dianne Moody

RESEARCH CONSULTANT

Dianne has spent the last 15 years in the nonprofit sector with professional experiences that span human services, arts, workforce development, disease advocacy, and higher education. During this time, she developed an expertise around institutional development and prospect research, cultivating and sustaining relationships with foundations, corporations, and government agencies.

Curious by nature, Dianne enjoys getting to the “why,” to facilitate alignment between organizational mission and donor interest. This appreciation translates well into Dianne’s role at Pearl Street as she executes research strategies and conducts prospect research, talent mapping, industry, and organizational analysis to keep the firm informed of third sector trends. Dianne also coordinates search operations, helping to ensure a positive and rewarding experience for both candidates and clients.

She is considered a go-to resource for many nonprofits in her area having served as Vice President of Communications for her regional chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and as a member of the Lehigh Valley Region Homeless Advisory Board in Pennsylvania. A former pastry chef, Dianne enjoys cooking and reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and her dog, Hercules. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and is based in eastern Pennsylvania.
